Shakespeare's plays do seem like he wrote them on his own. Anyways there has been a lot of evidence that shows he did write his own plays. Besides his work has already been checked by a method called computational stylistics because in his writing he would use certain words more often then others and also he liked combining two words together or having one after the other very constantly. Also there is people who say the he wasn't as educated enough to be able to think of so different ways of writing but then they other people also thought about why someone would want to give someone else credit for what they worked on. Anyways there is other scientific methods to tell if there is a change in writing in a play, poem, or quote. But I do understand the point that someone might be thinking that he as a not really rich educated guy would think up so many creative ways of writing poems and plays.
